By requesting stringing services from KD Stringing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Maximum Tension: We do not string tennis racquets above 60 lbs (27.2 kg) of tension. Requests exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
• Older Racquets: Racquets that are 10 years old or older may have weakened frames, deteriorated graphite, worn grommets, or hidden structural damage. While every effort is made to string each racquet with the utmost care, KD Stringing is not responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs during the stringing process on racquets that are 10 years old or older.
• Pre-Existing Damage: Customers are responsible for inspecting their racquet before service. Any existing cracks, chips, soft spots, loose handles, damaged grommets, or other structural issues increase the risk of failure during stringing.

By leaving your racquet for service, you acknowledge these risks and authorize KD Stringing to proceed under these terms.
